Subscriptions memberships & payment plans - It is your responsibility upon purchases/joining to commit to each & all payment plans that you signed up for. If your billing and/or credit card on file is no longer active, it is your responsibility to contact us at vanillaskydreaming.com@gmail.com to update your billing information. Payment plans that are late beyond a 3 day period, will charged an additional penalty fee, subject to the original amounts that is due. In case of a free trial subscriptions, it is the customers responsibility to cancel the subscriptions before the ending trial of the subscriptions by emailing vanillaskydreaming.com@gmail.com . Otherwise, the customer will be charged the amount that they had signed up for.
