Day. 1 - The Mindset

- I go through my journey of what I used to eat and think is normal and where we get these beliefs from...

- How I went from being skinny to overweight and sick AF and how it kept spiraling throughout the years and why I couldn't pin point to the problem. How nothing helped no matter what I did for 7 years, even when I tried endless diets, hiring a personal trainer and more -- it never worked! 

- We go through how I discovered I was allergic to certain foods and didn't even realize it for years (you probably are too and don't know it) and the reason it happened was because I was consuming large amounts of it for many years thinking it was normal... all about how it effected my health, my weight gain and how sick it was making me daily. 
Most of us are allergic to these things and we don't even realize it!! 

- I teach you about all the unhealthy lifestyle chooses I was doing on a daily base without even realizing how they were impacting my health and weight!
